Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching prospects,
generating leads, building rapport, and providing technical information and
quotations.
Close sales by responding to inquiries through phone, email, and other
communication channels; verifying and processing customer information.

Manage order processing by coordinating with the fulfillment team,
communicating delivery timelines, and handling stock-out notifications.
Grow existing accounts by reviewing purchase history, recommending
related or new products, and explaining technical features and benefits.
Ensure proper functioning of communication tools by troubleshooting and
tracking issues.
Maintain high-quality performance standards and recommend
improvements to processes and policies.
Continuously improve product and technical knowledge through self-learning
and educational programs.
Contribute to organizational goals by taking ownership of tasks and exploring
opportunities to enhance business value.
Drive business development initiatives and sales of Test & Embedded
products.
Identify and qualify opportunities, promote Embedded and related
technology solutions to prospective and existing customers.
Plan and execute sales travel schedules aligned with business objectives.
Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
Represent the company and promote solutions at industry events,
exhibitions, and seminars.
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts.
