Technical Representative

AMP AERO is seeking a Technical Representative in our New Delhi office. You will be responsible for compiling, organizing, and validating complete trace documentation packages (trace packets) for upload into the company system. This role ensures all purchase orders and stock lines are fully supported with the required documentation to maintain compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Combine and assemble complete trace packets in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Review documentation for proper formatting prior to system upload.
• Upload finalized trace documentation into the internal system in a timely manner.
• Ensure all purchase orders (POs) and stock lines contain all required supporting paperwork.
• Identify missing or incomplete documentation and proactively follow up with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital records to support audits, customer requests, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure documentation standards are consistently met.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to documentation and trace processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow up professionally on documentation requests.
• Prior experience in documentation control, purchasing support, or inventory administration preferred.
