VITS is Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist /US IT Recruiter

We are looking for talented and driven US IT Recruiters to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience working with an implementation partner and a passion for recruitment, wed love to hear from you!

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in US Staffing with an Implementation partner (mandatory)

Excellent technical understanding and strong communication skills

Solid experience working with VMS and ATS platforms

Ability to build and manage a strong vendor network

Hands-on recruitment experience for core IT roles

A proactive attitude with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment

Roles and responsibilities:-

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to define technical specifications, project deliverables, and cultural alignment.
• Multi-Channel Sourcing: Leveraging premium platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster) and niche technical communities to identify top-tier talent.
• Search Optimization: Utilizing advanced Boolean logic and AI-driven search strings to navigate high-volume candidate databases with precision.
• Competency-Based Interviewing: Conducting preliminary assessments to validate proficiency in specific technology stacks (e.g., Full Stack, Cloud Architecture, DevOps).
• Tax Term Categorization: Determining candidate eligibility and preference for various engagement models, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
