What Youll Own:

• End-to-end hiring for our engineering & tech teams (yes, full ownership!!)
• Building pipelines that actually convert
• Partnering with our hiring managers to make magic happen
• Bringing your A-game to employer branding, sourcing, and candidate experience

What You Bring:

• 5- 6 years of hands-on recruitment experience in automotive / robotics / AI domains
• A hunters mindset, a storytellers flair, and a doers drive
