Hiring: Recruiter (2-3 Year Experience)

Work From Home | Monthly Travel to Kochi | Salary up to 20,000

We are looking for a IT Recruiter who is eager to build a career in IT recruitment and can support end-to-end hiring activities under guidance.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for early-career recruiters who want strong exposure to sourcing, screening, and interview coordination in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports
• Follow up with candidates through the hiring process
• Support senior recruiters and team leads in daily hiring activities

Required Skills & Experience

• Min 2 year of experience in recruitment (IT)
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment process
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
• Comfortable working in a Work From Home setup

• Work From Home
• Once-a-month travel to Kochi (team meetings / reviews)

Compensation

• Maximum salary: 20,000 per month
• Statutory deductions applicable
