Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with 13 years of experience in tech recruitment or executive search. In this role, you will manage end-to-end search mandates, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver candidate insights.

Youll combine research, assessment, and consultative skills to help our clients secure tech leaders aligned not only by credentials, but also by cultural t and long-term potential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and dene success proles.
• Conduct market mapping and targeted research across functions.
• Identify, engage, and assess senior tech talent using a psychology-driven, consultative approach.
• Present candidate shortlists with in-depth evaluation on skills, t, and potential.
• Manage client and candidate communications throughout the lifecycle of each search.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously rene research and assessment methodologies.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in tech recruitment, executive search, or talent advisory.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle search assignments independently.
• Experience with mid and senior roles in tech (CXO is a plus).
• Strong research and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to evaluate not just credentials, but also leadership potential and cultural t.
• Graduate degree required; advanced degree or HR certication is a plus.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
