Timings: EST Shift (Night Shift) | Location: - Ahmedabad (On -Site)

Required Skills and Experience

4-6 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience with US IT clients.
Experience as a Technical IT Recruiter hiring IT professionals.
Experience working with State clients. (preferred)
Experience in working with candidates with different visas such as H1B, Citizens, Green Card, EADs, & OPT.
Familiar with different US Tax terms such as W2, Corp-Corp & etc.
Responsible for Screening & short-listing candidates profile as per the job description provided by the client.
Demonstrated ability to source and recruit top talent.
Coordinating with candidates for rate negotiation, interview & conducting a telephonic interview before shortlisting candidates.
Experience in utilizing sourcing methods like job portals (Dice, Monster & CareerBuilder), social media like LinkedIn, etc.
Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
Review job postings carefully & ask questions to help find the right candidates for each job.
Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and onboarding candidates.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong desire to self-learn.
