Were looking for a Technical Recruiter (02 years experience) who is excited about finding great talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and working closely with startups hiring top engineers.

This is a high-impact role where youll work directly with the founding team and play a key role in scaling our talent network.

What Youll Do

Source and identify high-quality tech candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, communities)

Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate technical fit

Coordinate and schedule interviews with startup founders and hiring teams

Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress in recruitment tools/trackers

Build relationships with top engineers and tech professionals

Support multiple startup hiring processes across different roles

What Were Looking For

02 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to identify and engage high-quality tech talent

Organized and comfortably managed multiple hiring pipelines

Interest in startups and the tech ecosystem
