• 13 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
• Experience in international hiring (UK/Europe).
• Strong understanding of technology stacks, job market trends, and sourcing tools(Linked-in RPS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
