About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy Technical Recruiter with proven experience in a fast-paced MSP environment . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise recruiting for Digital & Creative roles as well as Core Technology positions , managing high-volume requisitions while maintaining quality, speed, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Digital, Creative, and Core Technology roles within MSP programs

Work in a high-volume, fast-paced MSP environment , meeting aggressive SLAs and time-to-fill metrics

Source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates across multiple skill sets simultaneously

Recruit for roles including (but not limited to):

• Digital & Creative: UX/UI Designers, Product Designers, Creative Directors, Content Strategists, Digital Marketers
• Core Tech: Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts

Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines

Collaborate closely with Account Managers, MSP partners, and Hiring Managers

Ensure compliance with MSP processes, documentation, rate cards, and client-specific requirements

Maintain accurate and timely updates in ATS and MSP platforms

• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Preferred Qualifications

26 years of recruiting experience , preferably within a staffing or consulting firm

Strong experience working in a fast-paced MSP environment

• Proven experience recruiting for Digital & Creative roles along with Core Technology positions
