About the Role

We are hiring an energetic and motivated IT Recruiter with 12 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. This opportunity is ideal for immediate joiners who can quickly adapt and contribute to ongoing hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for contract and full-time roles.
• Understand technical job requirements and client expectations.
• Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and communication skills.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up on interview feedback, offers, and joining status.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.

Education

• Any Graduation / Post Graduation (HR preferred).
