Job Title: Recruiter HFT & Hedge Fund Hiring

Location: Gurgaon (WFH currently)

About the role

Were looking for a recruiter who has hands-on experience hiring for High Frequency Trading firms and Hedge Funds . This is a niche space, and the role needs someone who understands that these hires are driven by trust, deep market knowledge, and strong candidate relationshipsnot volume hiring.

If youve worked closely on quant, trading, low-latency tech, or core engineering roles within HFT or hedge fund environments, youll feel at home here.

What youll be doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for HFT and hedge fund mandates
• Work on highly specialized roles across quant, trading, and technology teams
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines in a competitive market
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role expectations and talent nuances
• Drive candidate engagement with a high-touch, relationship-focused approach
• Ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both candidates and stakeholders

What were looking for

• Proven experience in HFT / Hedge Fund / Quant hiring
• Strong understanding of niche technical and trading profiles
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of mandates
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-expectation hiring environment
