Job Description
Job Title: Recruiter/ Senior Recruiter (UK/Europe)
Location: Noida, Sector 62
Experience: 1 3 Years
Note: Shift Time: 12:30 PM 9:30 PM IST, Nearest Metro Noida Electronic city
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Find candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals for roles.
- Screening: Conduct initial technical assessments, phone screens, and interviews to check skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Recruitment Cycle: Manage end-to-end process: requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Candidate Management: Maintain candidate pipelines, update ATS, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and build strong relationships.
- Reporting: Track metrics, maintain trackers (MIS), and report on hiring progress.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on IT trends and specific technologies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in IT staffing/recruitment is often mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
- Tech Acumen: Ability to understand and discuss technical skills and roles.
- Tools: Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Attributes: Target-driven, fast-paced, results-oriented, strong judgment.
