Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of the job and the qualifications needed.
2. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
3. Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
4. Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates, including social media platforms, networking events, job fairs, etc.
5. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
6. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
7. Stay current with the latest industry trends and use this knowledge to attract and retain talent.
8. Negotiate job offers with candidates and finalize hiring processes.
9. Provide recruitment reports to team managers and advise on best practices and continuous improvement strategies for the recruiting process.
10. Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
