Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and seeking out top technical talent. Primary responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing job postings and recruitment strategies. The role requires effective communication with team members and candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience and the successful onboarding of new hires. The Technical Recruiter will also play a role in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Strong skills in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting for technical roles in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand technical job requirements and match candidate skills effectively.
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage the hiring process efficiently.
  • Knowledge of current talent market trends and best practices in recruiting technology talent.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in recruiting for IT, software engineering, and technical positions is an advantage.
