Role Overview
Were seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to help us attract and hire the best technical talent across engineering, product, and data teams. Youll play a key role in building our high-performing team, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to meet our fast-paced growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Drive a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and optimize the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruiting metrics dashboard.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Collaborate with the HR and leadership teams on employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in tech hiring.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
- Strong understanding of technology stacks (e.g., Java, Python, React, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workable, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- A proactive, data-driven, and relationship-oriented approach to recruiting.
