Position Overview

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in C2H hiring to manage end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for C2H IT roles

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle (JD understanding to offer closure)

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

Build and maintain a strong C2H talent pipeline

Work extensively on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn , and other sourcing platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

13 years of experience in IT Recruitment (C2H mandatory)

Strong understanding of C2H hiring models

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field
