Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 15 years of experience in domestic IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn, along with the ability to manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various IT roles. The candidate must be target-driven, process-oriented, and capable of handling multiple requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Perform Boolean searches and proactive headhunting for niche IT roles
- Understand client requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate technical skills, communication, salary expectations, and notice period
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Track submissions, interview feedback, and offer rollouts
- Handle salary negotiations and ensure successful candidate closures
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/recruitment systems
- Update daily activity reports and ensure recruitment process compliance
Experience Required:
- 15 years of hands-on experience in domestic IT recruitment
- Strong experience in sourcing through Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Testing, etc.
- Experience handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Education:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory)
