Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Noida (Work From Office). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment and a strong understanding of hiring for technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, Angular, and other IT roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates to fulfill client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
• Source and screen candidates for technologies like SAP, Salesforce, Angular, Java, .NET, and other IT skill sets.
• Use various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and hiring needs.
• Schedule and manage interview processes and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in technical recruitment / IT hiring.
• Experience hiring for SAP, Salesforce, Angular, and other technical roles.
• Good understanding of technical terminology and IT skill sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
