Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have 02 years of experience in IT recruitment and a strong understanding of sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for IT and technical roles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate profiles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing requirements.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
• Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Education:

Bachelors Degree in any discipline.

Note:

Candidates who can join immediately and are comfortable with working onsite in Noida will be preferred.
