Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for manufacturing & technical roles.
Deeply understand job requirements and coordinate with internal hiring managers.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social networks, references, and databases.
Evaluate candidates for skill fit, cultural fit, experience relevance, and stability.
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and interviewers.
Maintain candidate pipeline and regularly track hiring progress.
Handle salary negotiations and offer roll-out follow-up.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and weekly reports.
Ensure strong employer branding and positive candidate experience.
