Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for manufacturing & technical roles.
- Deeply understand job requirements and coordinate with internal hiring managers.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social networks, references, and databases.
- Evaluate candidates for skill fit, cultural fit, experience relevance, and stability.
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and regularly track hiring progress.
- Handle salary negotiations and offer roll-out follow-up.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and weekly reports.
- Ensure strong employer branding and positive candidate experience.
