Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for manufacturing & technical roles.
  • Deeply understand job requirements and coordinate with internal hiring managers.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social networks, references, and databases.
  • Evaluate candidates for skill fit, cultural fit, experience relevance, and stability.
  • Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and regularly track hiring progress.
  • Handle salary negotiations and offer roll-out follow-up.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and weekly reports.
  • Ensure strong employer branding and positive candidate experience.
