Technical Recruiter / Recruitment Trainee

Overview:

This role plays a vital role in Understanding Job Descriptions, Sourcing, and Screening candidates, and coordinating other recruitment activities. This role is crucial in ensuring the organization attracts and places top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements
• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations
• Participate in employer branding initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Assist in creating and updating training materials for recruitment processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is desirable
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
