Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process and build a strong pool of candidates for current and
future hiring needs.
Develop and apply targeted recruitment strategies to find top talent in specialized areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs and
providing excellent service.
Meet or exceed weekly & monthly recruitment goals.
Analyze recruiting data to identify ways to improve your performance.
Understand cultural differences that can affect communication and working relationships
with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Ensure compliance with recruitment systems and processes.
Provide production support to new hires and junior recruiters.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a similar field.
Support improvement of processes.
Ability to handle uncertainty and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
Good at managing several tasks and meeting deadlines.
4-5 years of recruitment experience
