Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in C2C, W2 hiring, Bench Sales coordination, and sourcing niche IT skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients and strong vendor network connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Work extensively on C2C and W2 roles.
• Strong experience in working with prime vendors and implementation partners.
• Maintain and build relationships with bench consultants and vendors.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Boolean search techniques.
• Screen candidates technically and validate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
• Maintain database and follow compliance processes.
• Work on niche/priority requirements with quick turnaround time.
