• Job type: Permanent(Onsite)
• Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
• Shift Timing:
• Night Shift (6 pm 3 am IST) ONSITE
• Monday Friday (Saturday and Sunday are fixed off)

Salary: As per industry standards.

• Exp 6+ months in US/UK/EMEA/APAC recruitment

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
• Utilize various talent acquisition strategies to source candidates through online channels (e.g. job portals, professional networks, etc), LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals
• Learn the technical requirements of various positions, do research as needed, and submit consultants profiles that match these criteria in a timely manner.
• Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in a specified region.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placement.

Required Skills:

• The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Any Experience is good
• 6+ Month US/UK recruitment exp (Good to have)
• Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
• Should have the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.
• Ready to work in Night Shift
