Summary

PTR Global is seeking a US IT Recruiter based in India to support recruiting efforts for clients across the United States. This role is aligned to US working hours and involves close collaboration with US-based account and delivery teams. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for contract IT roles, primarily focused on W2 consultants, within a high-volume agency environment. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capabilities, experience working with staffing firms or implementation partners, and a results-driven mindset.

Job Description

• Own the full recruitment life cycle for contract IT positions supporting US-based clients.
• Partner closely with US Account Managers and Delivery teams to align on hiring priorities and client expectations.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal ATS, and referrals.
• Conduct pre-screening to assess technical skills, work authorization, communication abilities, and availability.
• Submit 810 well-vetted, client-ready candidate profiles per week with guidance from Account or Delivery Managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job records within Bullhorn ATS and VMS platforms.
• Navigate and manage requisitions through VMS tools such as Beeline, Fieldglass, Simplify, or similar systems.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and consultants via phone, email, and messaging tools.
• Coordinate interview preparation, scheduling, and post-interview feedback.
• Support onboarding, redeployment, and ongoing consultant relationship management.

Requirements

• 25 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruiting, including agency or implementation partner environments.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong experience recruiting W2 consultants for US-based IT roles.
• Ability to work effectively during US business hours and collaborate with US-based stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of US hiring practices, employment classifications (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
• Proficiency with Bullhorn ATS and experience working with VMS platforms such as Beeline or Fieldglass.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working environment.
