People Prime Worldwide is looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad . This is a high-impact role focused on end-to-end delivery for niche roles in the VLSI and Semiconductor ecosystem.

Role: Sr. Recruiter Semiconductor / VLSI

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Experience: 3+ Years (Direct Semiconductor/VLSI hiring is a must)

What Youll Be Doing

You wont just be \"filling seats\"youll be owning the entire talent lifecycle for some of the most technical roles in the industry.

• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full recruitment cycle for niche semiconductor requirements.
• Strategic Sourcing: Go beyond the basics. Use LinkedIn, Naukri, technical communities, and referrals to find \"passive\" talent.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to ensure high-quality submissions and maintain healthy interview-to-offer ratios.
• Daily Delivery: Track and report on progress (TAT, screenings, and closures) to ensure we hit our aggressive SLAs.

Domain Expertise Required

We are looking for someone who understands the technical nuances of:

• RTL Design & Verification (UVM/OVM)
• Physical Design (PD / STA)
• DFT / ATPG
• Analog / AMS / Memory Layout
• Embedded Systems / Firmware
• EDA Tools
