Technical Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for US-based IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source IT candidates from job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed
• Screen resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Understand basic US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
• Learn US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Coordinate interviews with clients
• Maintain candidate database and daily reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduation not required
• Good communication skills(spoken & written English)
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Willingness to work in the US shifts
• Strong learning attitude and target-driven mindset

Shift Timing: 8:30 pm to 5:30 am (US Shift)

CTC: 2 LPA 2.5 LPA
