Job Description
About the Role
US Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The recruiter will also collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities will include building strong client relationships, conduct employment verifications, and manage job postings on multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-cycle US IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with candidates.
- Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and offer negotiations.
- Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
- Experience working with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in night shift (US shift).
Experience
- 1 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Qualification
- B.Tech / BCA / Any Graduate
