Job Description

We are looking for hands-on IT Recruiters to join our growing staffing team in Noida. The role involves working on diverse and fast-moving requirements from large IT service-based clients/Implementation partners.

This is a 100% onsite role and requires recruiters who can handle multiple technologies, priorities, and hiring models.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end IT recruitment for service-based clients
• Handle mixed requirements across technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, ERP, Infrastructure, etc.)
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen, shortlist, and present candidates with clear recruiter-level evaluation
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offer processes
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality under tight timelines
• Understand client expectations and align candidate profiles accordingly

Required Skills & Experience

• 35 years of experience in IT Staffing / Technical Recruitment (US Staffing)
• Experience working with IT service-based company requirements
• Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and terminologies
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Good communication and candidate handling skills
• Comfortable working from office (Noida), MondayFriday

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience hiring for US, India, or Global clients
• Exposure to contract, C2H, and full-time hiring models
• Prior experience working with large enterprise accounts
