About the Role

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for UK/EU tech positions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients alike.

Responsibilities

• 2-4 years proven experience in UK/EU IT recruitment
• Execute full-cycle recruitment
• Advanced sourcing on LinkedIn, databases and Job Boards for UK/EU tech positions
• Screen candidates, coordinate virtual interviews across time zones (IST to GMT/CEST)
• Immediate availability or with 2 weeks notice
• Excellent English communication
• Job Location: Bangalore (Initial Remote) - Candidates are expected to be in Bangalore location, as would be expected to be Onsite whenever required

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment

Required Skills

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and job boards
• Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred Skills

• Experience with virtual interview coordination
• Familiarity with UK/EU tech market
