Were looking for an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Bangalore. If youve spent 47 years hiring top tech talent for product team, preferably specialize in product-tech hiring.

:

Minimum 4+ years to 7years of technical recruiting experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field

Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter including advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn platform expertise

Proven track record of successful LinkedIn InMail campaigns and job posting optimization

Experience with applicant tracking systems and organization tools

Experience utilizing and optimizing AI within your recruiting process

Advanced passive candidate sourcing techniques beyond basic job board posting

Strong scheduling and calendaring management for complex interview coordination

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proactive, competitive self-starter mentality with high sense of urgency

Adaptability and reliability - critical in our fast-paced environment
