Job Summary

:We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented IT Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment life cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical positions, building candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfil staffing needs in a timely and effective manner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding
  • Talent Sourcing: Use a variety of recruiting tools and strategies, including job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri etc.), and networking events to source and engage qualified IT professional
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for role
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging technologies to attract top IT talent
  • Offer Management: Work with HR to extend offers, negotiate terms, and finalize hiring arrangement
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong network of candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and encouraging future referral
  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruiting activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and provide regular updates to leadership.
