Job Summary:

Lorven Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 6 years of proven expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups with selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Required Skills:

• 6 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of IT technologies .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple open requirements simultaneously.
