We are looking for enthusiastic IT Recruiter Freshers who are eager to start their career in recruitment. Candidates will be trained on end-to-end IT hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand IT job requirements and technologies
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Learn recruitment best practices and client handling
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn IT recruitment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
