About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who will be the driving force behind building and scaling our tech and analytics teams. Your role is to identify, attract, and onboard the best technical talent from data engineers and software developers to analytics professionals who can help power Kamakhyas data and technology-led operations. You wont just fill positions; youll help shape the organizations technical foundation.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and publish compelling job postings for technical roles across relevant job boards and hiring platforms, ensuring optimal visibility and candidate reach.
  2. Screen and evaluate candidate profiles by reviewing resumes, conducting initial telephonic/virtual screenings, and assessing suitability for technical positions.
  3. Assess candidates technical competencies through structured interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks, in collaboration with technical stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate and manage end-to-end interview processes, including scheduling and facilitating technical and behavioral interviews.
  5. Deliver a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, sharing timely updates, addressing queries, and providing constructive feedback throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  6. Partner closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  7. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future technical hiring needs through proactive sourcing and relationship management.
  8. Support offers preparation and negotiations, ensuring alignment with internal compensation frameworks and market benchmarks.
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to effectively understand the evolving talent landscape and provide informed hiring recommendations.


Required Experience & Skills:

  1. 25 years of experience as an end to end IT Recruiter.
  2. Must-Have Technical Hiring Exposure.
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel or G Sheets (for maintaining trackers, reports, and analytics).
  4. Strong expertise in sourcing and screening across multiple job portals.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  6. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  8. Adaptability to transition and take on greater responsibilities post-confirmation.


Good to Have Skills:

  1. Bachelors Degree OR master's in an HR-related field
  2. Prior experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycle, salary negotiations, internship programs and fresh graduate hiring.
  3. Must be comfortable with working with deadlines and ensure accurate and up-to-date hiring data.
  4. Understanding of HR tools or ATS platforms.
  5. Basic knowledge of politics and the nature of Indias democracy.
  6. Good communication skills are required.
  7. The candidate should be open to travel as needed.
