Jupiter was founded in 2019 by Jitendra Gupta. Who are we looking for:

As a Tech Recruiter , you will be a key player in building our core engineering team. You will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent, with a particular emphasis on senior roles like Engineering Managers / Architects. This is a hands-on role that will require you to partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to ensure we bring in the best talent for our engineering teams in Bangalore and Jaipur.


Roles and responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, focusing on Engineering Managers, Senior Engineering Managers, and other leadership roles.
  • Sourcing: Proactively source top talent through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and create customized hiring strategies.
  • Candidate Engagement: Ensure a great candidate experience through timely communication, clear expectations, and a smooth interview process.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to help position the company as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
  • Team Building: Play a pivotal role in establishing the engineering teams in both Bangalore and Jaipur, ensuring a diverse and high-caliber talent pool.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting: Utilize data and metrics to track hiring performance, identify bottlenecks, and make continuous improvements to the recruiting process.


What is needed for this role:

  • Experience: 2-6 years of experience in tech recruiting, preferably in a startup or fintech environment.
  • Senior Hiring Expertise: Proven experience in sourcing and hiring senior profiles like Engineering Managers and Senior Engineering Managers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the tech landscape, engineering roles, and various technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with evolving priorities.
  • Location: While the primary base is in Bangalore, familiarity with recruiting in Jaipur or willingness to learn and build in the Jaipur market is a plus.
