About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team immediately for day shift recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for multiple clients across various industries. This is an on-site role based in Rohini, Delhi, and requires someone who can start right away.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across different domains.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Meet recruitment targets and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
• Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
• Immediate joiner who can work from the Rohini office.
