Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter, located in Gurugram. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to identify, engage, and hire top talent for technical roles. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline. Additional tasks may include providing a positive candidate experience, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and contributing to the development of a strong employer brand.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 Years of experience required in technical recruiting
  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting
  • Strong understanding of Recruiting practices and strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and candidates
  • Experience in evaluating technical candidates and understanding technical job requirements
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment processes and meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in leveraging recruitment tools and platforms is advantageous
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
