Job Title: Experienced Technical Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-Site)

Shift: Night Shift

Work Timings: 6:30 PM 4:00 AM IST

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical roles, including but not limited to software developers, project managers, and QA/testers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and candidates to ensure a steady talent pipeline.

Leverage advanced recruitment tools and techniques to attract and engage top talent.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to refine hiring strategies.

Facilitate a smooth and efficient candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Identify potential hiring challenges, take initiative, and implement strategic solutions to optimize the recruitment process.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in technical recruitment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ATS, job boards, and social media recruiting.
• Networking Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain industry relationships.
• Self-Motivated: A proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for recruitment excellence.
