Technical Recruiter (IT/Non-IT)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technology talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements for various IT roles such as Developers, Engineers, Analysts, and Administrators.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated with IT market trends and hiring practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles (Java, Python, Cloud Engineer, Service Now, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Mulesoft, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.).
• Experience with job portals and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong screening and interviewing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 17 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
• Experience with ATS tools and recruitment platforms is preferred.
