Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong exposure to the Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring for Pharma, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, and Healthcare roles, and will work closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent across technical, engineering, QA/RA, and regulatory positions.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for Life Sciences roles including Pharma, Medical Devices, Biotech, and Healthcare
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and functional roles such as:
- Quality Engineering (QA/QC), Validation, Manufacturing, R&D
- Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Medical Writing
- Automation, CSV, MES, PLC/SCADA (Life Sciences manufacturing)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill expectations, and timelines
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes for GMP, FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GxP, cGMP, CSV, and regulatory compliance experience
- Conduct initial candidate assessments including technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment
- Manage interview coordination, candidate feedback, and offer negotiation
- Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems and prepare recruitment reports
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future Life Sciences requirements
- Stay updated on Life Sciences industry trends, skill demand, and regulatory changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 37 years of experience in technical recruitment, with strong focus on Life Sciences
- Proven experience hiring for Pharma, Medical Devices, Biotech, or Healthcare companies
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences terminology, compliance standards, and role requirements
- Experience recruiting for both contract and full-time positions
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with US Life Sciences clients
- Exposure to regulatory and compliance-driven hiring (FDA, EMA, IVDR, MDR)
- Knowledge of automation, validation, and digital transformation in Life Sciences
- Background in RPO or staffing agencies
