Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 12 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen IT candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely closures and quality hiring

Requirements:
