We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven US IT Recruiter who knows how to find top talent across the United States and is passionate about building strong candidate pipelines.

As a US Technical Recruiter, you will handle end-to-end recruitment, communicate with consultants across multiple visa categories, and work on exciting, fast-growing projects with our dynamic team.

Handle the complete US IT recruitment cycle across multiple technologies.

Recruit US Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD, OPT, H1B & TN visa candidates across all tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).

Negotiate compensation, hourly rates, and subcontracting terms confidently.

Source and screen candidates using platforms like Dice,

Monster,

CareerBuilder,

TechFetch, and

LinkedIn.

Use social media, job boards, networking groups, referrals, and communities to identify potential candidates.

Build strong candidate networks and create cost-effective sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs.
