Technical Recruiter

Technical Recruiter:

In this role you will be responsible for managing endtoend recruitment for IT roles across Festos engineering, automation, and digital transformation teams. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Your job:

• Source and attract IT talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure seamless communication with candidates
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in hiring drives or niche talent hunts
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle

Our requirements:

• 25 years of experience with any graduation degree and experience IT recruitment (corporate or consultancy)
• Strong understanding of IT roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Engineers, etc.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub/Stack Overflow sourcing, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet hiring targets
• Strong negotiating and relationshipbuilding abilities
