Job Title: IT Recruiter (US Staffing)

Role Summary


The IT Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, primarily focusing on the US market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver quality talent in a fast-paced environment.


Key Objectives


Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle

Build and maintain strong relationships with IT professionals

Implement innovative sourcing and headhunting strategies aligned with market trends

Develop robust talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs


Key Responsibilities


Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and referrals

Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities

Work on contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and full-time positions

Manage candidates across different employment types (W2, C2C, 1099)

Handle US visa categories such as H1B, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT Maintain candidate databases and ensure an excellent candidate experience

Draft and publish job descriptions and actively engage candidates on social platforms


Required Skills & Qualifications


14 years of experience in IT recruitment (minimum 3 years in US IT recruitment preferred)

Strong understanding of IT technologies and job requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience using job boards and recruitment tools/ATS

Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelors degree (BE/BTech preferred)

Strong knowledge of the US staffing industry, sourcing techniques, and market trends

Proficiency in English and familiarity with the US IT talent market
