IT Recruiter Day Shift (Onsite, 161, A Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn, and vendor networks.
• Screen resumes, assess candidate skills, and coordinate interviews.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a quality talent pipeline.
• Manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced IT recruitment environment.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to meet staffing goals and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records using tools like Word, Excel, Outlook.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and IT/tech hiring environments.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
