Location: Noida ( 5 Days work from office )

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter / Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in BPO / Contact Center hiring to support bulk and lateral hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end IT/ Non IT recruitment experience

Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and walk-ins

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic / HR interviews

Coordinate with operations & training teams for interviews and onboarding

Manage bulk hiring targets within defined TAT

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports

Ensure smooth joining, documentation, and induction

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of domestic Recruitment

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to handle pressure hiring and bulk recruitment

Hands-on experience with ATS & job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
