Hiring: Technical Recruiter (C2C Hiring US Staffing)
Location: Agra (Work from Office)

We are expanding our US staffing team and looking for Technical Recruiters who have hands-on experience working on C2C requirements. The role involves working closely with vendors, consultants, and clients to fulfill IT positions across the US market.
What Youll Be Doing
- Work on daily US IT requirements (mainly C2C roles)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks
- Screen candidates and validate technical experience
- Coordinate interviews with clients and consultants
- Handle rate negotiation and submissions
- Maintain follow-ups until placement/onboarding
- Build and maintain vendor & consultant relationships
What Were Looking For
- Experience in US IT Recruitment (C2C hiring mandatory)
- Understanding of C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models
- Familiarity with technologies and IT roles
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment
