Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end US IT / Non-IT recruitment
- Hands-on experience working on W2 requirements -Sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates -Coordinating interviews, offers, and follow-ups -Working closely with account managers and US clients -Maintaining candidate pipeline and recruitment reports
